Process & Results Week one is discovery: business model, audience, current marketing assets, and analytics setup. Weeks two and three we put together a 90-day plan and start producing initial deliverables, usually homepage rewrites, an SEO audit, or a content calendar. By the end of week four you have a tangible asset live and the rhythm of weekly check-ins is established.
